We use genuine Apple parts in our repairs, and all warranty service is preformed by Apple Certified Technicians.

Each computer sold by Apple comes with a standard 1 year warranty, and 90 days of phone support. If you purchase AppleCare any time within that warranty period your Apple warranty and phone support will be extended to 3 years from the purchase date of your computer. Apple's warranty covers parts, and the labor to replace those parts. However, Apple warranty does not cover software or operating system problems. Crywolf strongly recommends AppleCare for all customers, because in most cases the cost of an out of warranty repair will be more expensive than AppleCare.
